About Me

My name is Ryan Harding, and I’m a certified personal trainer and human biosciences student at Memorial University of Newfoundland. I’ve been training for 4+ years with a focus on hypertrophy, proper nutrition, and building an aesthetic physique. I’m passionate about helping people build muscle, get stronger, and improve their overall health.

My coaching style is built around progressive overload, proper form, and sustainable nutrition habits, not quick fixes. I combine science based training with real world experience in the gym to create programs that are effective, realistic, and built for long term results.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, gain confidence in the gym, or simply become healthier, my goal as a coach is to hold you accountable, push you when needed, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
